Annual Membership Dues:  $325   Membership Dues are:  NON-TRANSFERABLE  NON-REFUNDABLE

Membership Requirements:

*  To be eligible for CREW membership, all applicants for Individual, Associate, or Affiliate membership must be SPONSORED by one (1) active CREW member.

*  Any member under any classification stated below whose memberships lapse must reapply to CREW as a new member.

*  Any individual who changes disciplines during a year will remain a member for the remaining fiscal year of CREW and will be reclassified as appropriate thereafter as Associate, Affiliate, or Individual.

*  Each Associate and Individual Member shall be entitled to one (1) vote on each matter submitted to a vote of the members. Affiliate Members may not vote as members hereunder.

*  All members must be professionals having decision-making authority in their respective industry. Support staff personnel are not eligible for membership.

*  All members must provide primarily services, not products, to the commercial real estate industry. Applicants who primarily provide products, not services, to the commercial real estate industry, i.e., "vendors", are not eligible for membership.

*  To be eligible for any membership class, a new member must have attended at least (2) regular monthly meetings during the previous twelve (12) month period, provided, however, that the Membership Committee may waive the two (2) meeting requirement if the applicant attends the optional annual membership meeting so designated by the Membership Committee. Upon written request and approval by the Board of Directors, a member may be excused from the attendance requirement for the renewal, due to extenuating circumstances or health reasons.

Three Membership Categories:      1]  Individual Membership: Any person with five (5) or more years of direct experience in the one (1) of the following primary disciplines of commercial real estate:   Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Commercial Property Management or Asset Management Commercial Real Estate Financing  Commercial Appraisal & Real Estate Research Real Estate Law Commercial Project Development Commercial Leasing Real Estate CPA/Accountant Commercial Title Insurance Construction Commercial Space Planning, Design & Architecture Landscape Architects Engineer/Environmental Services Educational Professionals/Real Estate Local/State/County/Fed. Gov. Employ. in Comm RE  Elected Local/State/County/Fed. serving on RE task force etc.   2]  Associate Membership: Individuals with more than one (1) and less than five (5) years of direct experience in the disciplines listed above or who are involved full time (12 units or more) in an accredited College or University and pursuing a degree in a field related to commercial real estate shall be eligible for Associate Membership to CREW. 3]  Affiliate Membership: Membership shall be open at the discretion of the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors to individuals with a minimum of one (1) year direct experience in one of the following related disciplines of commercial real estate: Landscape Service Providers Commercial RE Advertising/Marketing Janitorial/Cleaning Service Providers Journalism/Publishing Professional as defined by the Membership Committee Ready to join?  Apply HERE: Member Join Page   * Applications will be reviewed by the Membership Committee at their next meeting.
